Elixir

Invisibility makes troops inside its radius untargetable by defences for a short window. It is one of the few spells that lets a fragile army walk through a part of the base it could never survive.

What it does

Defences cannot target troops inside the circle for the duration. The troops themselves keep attacking, so it is not a retreat, it is a period of free damage.

It also affects buildings inside the radius in useful ways: an invisible building cannot be attacked either, which sounds like a drawback until you use it to stop your army from being distracted by something you do not want destroyed yet.

How it is used

Because the window is short and the applications are precise, it rewards players who have already worked out where their attacks fail.

Frequently asked

What does the Invisibility Spell do?

It makes troops inside its radius untargetable by defences for a short window while they continue attacking, which lets a fragile army cross a stretch of base it could not otherwise survive.

Can Invisibility be used on buildings?

Yes, and it has practical uses. A hidden building cannot be attacked, so it can be used to stop your own troops being distracted by a structure you do not want them walking toward.
