These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Goblins Farm desktop application ("the Software"), sold at goblinsfarm.com. By purchasing a license or using the Software you agree to these Terms.
Goblins Farm is a desktop automation tool that plays the resource-farming portion of the mobile game Clash of Clans inside an Android emulator on your computer. It reads the emulator's screen and simulates taps. It does not modify the game, its files, or its servers.
Goblins Farm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Supercell Oy in any way. "Clash of Clans" is a trademark of Supercell Oy. All references to the game are for descriptive purposes only.
Using automation software is against Supercell's Terms of Service. Supercell may suspend or permanently ban game accounts found using automation. You use the Software entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any action taken against your game account, including suspension, banning, or loss of in-game progress or purchases, and such action does not entitle you to a refund.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your license key is delivered immediately after payment, on-screen and by email. See our Refund Policy for withdrawal and refund terms.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Software will work with every emulator version, game update, or system configuration, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Game updates may temporarily or permanently break functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Software or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of game accounts, data, or profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may revoke a license without refund if these Terms are materially breached, including key sharing or resale, chargebacks on a delivered license, or attacks on our services.
We may update these Terms; the version published on this page applies. Material changes do not retroactively reduce the rights of an existing lifetime license.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
