Digital product, immediate delivery

A Goblins Farm license is a digital product delivered immediately after payment: your license key is shown on-screen and emailed to you within moments of checkout.

Withdrawal right (EU/UK customers)

By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the license key has been delivered, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national laws.

All sales are final

Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. In particular, no refund is owed for:

action taken by Supercell against your game account (automation is against the game's Terms of Service and is entirely at your risk);
changes to Clash of Clans, BlueStacks, or your operating system that affect functionality;
simply changing your mind after the key has been delivered.

When we will help

If the Software genuinely cannot be made to run on your supported system (Windows 10/11 or macOS with BlueStacks), contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@goblinsfarm.com. We will work with you to get it running; if we cannot, we will refund you. Refunded licenses are revoked automatically.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback on a delivered, working license instead of contacting support is a breach of our Terms and results in immediate license revocation.
